Coventry Youth Soccer Fall Registration

Friday May 31 from 5-8pm & Saturday June 1 from 10am-1pm.

Friday June 14 from 5-8pm & Saturday June 15 from 1-4pm.

At Logan Field.

Fall Registration Fees:

GAASA=$65.00

DD=$55.00

DDD=$40.00

Instructional=$30.00

New GAASA players will need to purchase a club uniform for $40.00 and provide a copy of a birth certificate and a wallet sized color photo. GAASA players who skipped last season, and transfers from other clubs will also need to bring a copy of a birth certificate and a color photo. GAASA players from this past season will need to bring an updated color pic to registration.

LATE REGISTRATION

Regular registration has ended. We have added a LAST CHANCE LATE registration day. It will be held at the Acme Community Center inside the Portage Lakes Acme. 3235 Manchester Rd. On March 9th from 2-4 pm. Any registration collected between now and 3/9 are considered late and will incur a $15 late fee. This will be the absolute last date we will be taking registrations. Congrats to the girls U14 Cobras and to Coach Jay for winning the U14 C3 championship and the U11 girls Striking Lightning and Coach Glenn and Zack for winning the U11 Championship. Way to go ladies

CYSO Youth Soccer Night
